A message from our Founder
“Growing up in the West Midlands, I know first-hand what it feels like to leave school and step into a world that nobody prepared you for. The questions nobody answers. The mistakes that cost you. The confidence you have to build entirely on your own. That experience never left me — and it’s exactly why ‘thrive’ exists.”
We are building something I wish had existed when I was 16. A programme that treats young people as capable, ambitious individuals who simply need the right tools, the right guidance and someone in their corner at the right moment. The West Midlands is home to some of the most talented, driven young people in the country. They deserve every chance to flourish and ‘thrive’ is here to make sure they do.
Our courses are free, practical and built around what young people actually need — not what we think they should want. We cover everything from managing money to building confidence, communicating professionally to living independently. We deliver workshops in schools, community spaces and online, working with young people aged 15–19 across the region.
